The 2021 ranking is the sixth in a row, it was compiled by international experts from KPMG in the field of real estate, construction and innovation. 18 KPMG companies from all over the world have combined their knowledge and experience and prepared a detailed overview of the dynamics in the real estate industry. The purpose of this overview is to familiarize readers with current innovations in real estate and construction: what is happening in the world of innovation, what trends are driving change, and how innovation can bring real business value.
The overview presents about 700 innovative PropTech projects from 42 countries, classified in 9 categories, 40 knowledge areas and 6 segments of the real estate and construction sector around the world. The report includes 35 Russian innovative products, traditionally Fincase is among the most progressive projects.
